Returns, Refund Policy & Shipping

Please Allow up to 6 working days (Mon-Fri) lead time for our team to design and produce your new personalised order. Once the design and production is complete, we will ship your items out immediately. The transit time will depend on your destination.

All shin pads are sent using Royal Mails 48hr service, and phone cases are send using Royal Mails 2nd class service.

Refunds

If you have entered the wrong address, we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed. The Case People are not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!

If you request an order cancellation, we are unable to cancel the order if it has already been processed. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. The Case people do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day you received your order, however this does not apply to certain items such as personalised gifts or items customised for you. It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.

If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.

Please get in touch to cancel your order and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact.

If you’re unhappy with your item, please return it within 21 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession.  If the item is faulty, we will also refund the returns postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge (if any).

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and  returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
